1. Service Description

Evergreen IPTV provides an IPTV streaming service delivering live television channels and on-demand video content over the internet. Our service requires a compatible device and a stable broadband internet connection. Service quality depends on your internet connection speed and stability.

2. Subscriptions & Pricing

All prices are displayed in euros (€) and include all applicable taxes. Plans are billed annually. Prices may change, but existing subscriptions will honour the price paid at the time of purchase. Subscriptions do not auto-renew. We offer a 48-hour money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions.

3. Acceptable Use

Your subscription is for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not redistribute, resell, record for commercial purposes, or publicly display our content. Sharing your login credentials outside your household is prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 48-hour money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied within 48 hours of subscribing, contact us via WhatsApp or email for a full refund. Refunds requested after the 48-hour window may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

5. Limitation of Liability

Evergreen IPTV is provided « as is ». While we strive for 99.9 per cent uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of our service. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for your current subscription.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
